The staff were highly efficient, with extra attention to the details. Its location was absolutely perfect, really close to Interstate access, the wineries and restaurants and the mall and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Everything is excellant here, had a very nice stay for holidays. The room is brand-new and reasonably large with a mini fridge and microwave. It offers great breakfasts and has a GOOD restaurant.

The hotel was located next to the restaurants, stores and major road way, and breweries. The room was gorgeous and spotless with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the private bathroom. The location was good for me, right across from a mall.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a mini fridge and microwave. The location was perfectly comfortable and magnificent for exploring this very nice area, really close to National Soaring Museum, many attractions, and several restaurants. Again, Arnot Mall was not far.

The location was great and unbeatable, very close to the mall and many restaurants and the restaurants of Horseheads and the interstate and easily accessible. It was at a moderate distance from Dunkin', serving fast food.

The pool and hot tub were a hit with my grandsons, and having a snack area was convenient. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The beds were clean, although a bit uncomfortable. I highly recommend the Hampton for a great family hotel experience.

Units with a mini fridge and microwave. Central heating, an LCD TV and a microwave available were an advantage.

my stay was really nice for holidays. they gave me reasonably large and brand-new room with lounge chairs, umbrellas. there where a microwave and a fridge, greatly enjoyed it. i found the hotel's location comfy, just off movie theater, restaurants, shopping and movie theater and corning museum.

Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. Well-maintained and clean facilities. Helpful and efficient staff. Indoor pool facilities were nice. Easy access to wineries and Seneca Lake.

This location was perfectly comfortable, short walk to golf courses and close to stores. Bakery Auntie Anne's located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The room was clean, with no odors noted, which made for a comfortable stay. We also loved the free breakfast that was offered, with a great variety of high-quality food. This made our mornings easier, especially when traveling with young children. the hotel was located in a convenient area, allowing us to easily explore the Finger Lakes region and visit wineries.

We were told it would be available until 11:00 am, but when we arrived at 10:45 am, it had already been closed down. Another minor issue was that our room seemed to have been occupied before us, as we found wet hand towels and trash in the bathroom garbage can.

This hotel is in a great location, close to a mall and restaurants. It is also conveniently located near a movie theater with recliner seats. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast had a decent selection and the breakfast area was clean. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

The pillows were too soft and not very comfortable.
